Possible. However, we have an ISO 20001 compliant standard change management process where we collect all change requests, prioritize, standardize and implement them as part of product development.        

For a specific customer request, we will check if it can be done on stand-alone basis without impacting others and what is the effort involved in that from analysis, design, development to testing and release.
